Explorer Chart: AB-1
Great Sale Cay is a great stop-over point on crossings from Florida or West End to the Abacos. The uninhabited island offers a large anchorage with excellent protection from all but the S to SW quarters. There is excellent holding in sand in depths of ~ 10' well up into the the NE corner of the bight. There are no facilities or services available. It is possible to go ashore by dingy but some searching will have to be done to find a spot hospitable to landing your boat.
