Emergency
- Emergency Message Service: Out Island Internet provides an emergency email service for cruisers in the Abacos. Messages addressed to cruisers@oii.net should have the vessel name / cottage name / call sign in the subject line. Tell potential message senders which channel, 68 or 16, you will monitor. Announcement that are not immediately delivered will be broadcast on the daily Abacos Cruisers Net on VHF Ch-68.

Community Announcements
Hope Town
- Hope Town Directory is available for $10 benefits Every Child Counts. Pick up at Post Office, Vernon's Grocery, other local businesses. Directory of residents, businesses, visitors - every cottage should have one.
Marsh Harbour
- Buck-a-Book needs volunteers to help with cleanup and maintenance.
- Myriad Youth Center; 242-458-6314; 242-458-8723. A youth center assisting Haitian children. Donations of cruisers time, crafts, toiletries & grooming items desired.
